  • Available freight lanes and earning potential
  • Next steps in the onboarding process

  • Marketing and promotional information

2. Important Information About Consent

NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE: Your consent to receive calls and texts is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BH Trans Inc.

What This Means

  • Voluntary: You are choosing to provide your number to receive information
  • Authorization: You authorize BH Trans Inc and our representatives to contact you

Message and data rates may apply. BH Trans Inc is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

Our text messaging service is compatible with major U.S. carriers. If you have issues receiving messages, contact your carrier.

5. How to Revoke Consent (Opt-Out)

You may revoke your consent at any time using any of these methods:

For Text Messages

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • You'll receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed

For Phone Calls

  • Call us at (224) 999-9009 and request to be placed on our Do Not Call list
  • Email us at [email protected] with "Do Not Call" in the subject line
  • Tell any representative who calls you that you wish to opt out

Processing Time

Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days. You may receive communications already in progress during this period.

By providing a phone number, you certify that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the number provided

  • The number is accurate and currently active
  • You will notify us immediately if your number changes

  • A landline number
  • A VoIP number

If you provide a cell phone number, you specifically consent to autodialed and prerecorded calls to that wireless number.

  • Response times may vary based on volume and time of day
  • We do not guarantee any specific response timeframe
