Q What are the requirements?

Valid CDL-A license, at least 2 years OTR experience, clean MVR, 21+ years old. We're looking for professional drivers who value honesty and consistency.

Q How do you actually show me the rate confirmation?

Before you accept any load, we show you the original rate confirmation from the customer. You see exactly what they're paying us - nothing hidden. Most carriers won't even show owner-operators this information. We show it to ALL our drivers.

Q How much can I earn?

Contract drivers typically earn $2,000-$2,500 per week. This is an independent contractor position with percentage-based pay. Exact pay structure and breakdown explained during your qualification call - we want you to understand every detail before you commit.

Q What costs am I responsible for?

We provide fuel card and occupational insurance. You drive our late-model trucks - no truck payment. As an independent contractor, you handle your own taxes. All other details about the position will be discussed during your call.

Q Is this a W2 or 1099 position?
